The Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA) is pleased to announce a unique event, our Networking Event for Newcomers taking place at the AGA from 9-11am on July 1, Canada Day, in order to launch our new program; AGA Thrive: Newcomer Connections!
This launch event is a great opportunity to come downtown for Canada Day, enjoy some refreshments, attend an artist talk from an artist sharing their experiences and journey as a newcomer to Canada. The event will end with the opportunity to connect and mingle with the other attendees.
At 11am, the galleries will open, and we invite all the guests to explore the current exhibitions at their leisure!

- 11am End of event, FREE admission to the exhibitions
